SHIPPING POLICY
We currently ship within the US, including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. We also ship to Canada
International Shipping: Not including Canada and US Territories, we are so sorry to say, we currently do not offer international shipping due to custom requirements.
We ship all orders by USPS.
Please be sure to confirm your order before purchasing to make sure your order is correct and you have the correct shipping address as we are not responsible if address is incorrect. We require a 1-3 day processing time.
Order confirmation and tracking information will be sent to the email used when the order is placed on our website.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of the products, there are no exchange or refunds; however, with proof of damage, we will replace any damaged products that occur during shipping. We do not issue refunds if you are not satisfied with the scent. We use only all natural essential oils for scent, we never use fragrance oils.
